ERC Global: Commitment to Community, Sustainability, and Social Responsibility

ERC Global understands the importance of social responsibility and is committed to enhancing the well-being of our employees, the local community, and society at large. We have implemented several programs and initiatives to address key areas of need:

• Employee Programs: We support our employees emotionally, physically, and financially through initiatives like the ERC Global Cares Program, which recognizes and supports employees experiencing life-changing events with gestures such as flowers, gift baskets, donations, gift cards, and meals.
• Health and Wellness: Our Health and Wellness Program combines primary, preventive, occupational, and environmental health services. We also organize periodic weight loss challenges, health seminars, and engagement activities to promote employee well-being.
• Charity and Community Engagement: Each ERC Global facility conducts school supply, toy, and food drives for local nonprofit organizations. By fostering partnerships with local organizations and empowering employees to engage in meaningful community work, ERC Global contributes to a sustainable future rooted in equity and social responsibility.
• Advocacy and Awareness: We celebrate key awareness events, including World Autism Awareness Day and National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, by hosting donation drives, companywide campaigns, and employee-led storytelling initiatives to bring attention to these important causes.
