ERC’S GROWTH CONTINUES WITH EXPANSION TO CLARK, PHILIPPINES
January 26, 2022, JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The inspirational story of ERC’s Co-Founder and Executive Chairman, Kirk Moquin, was told on “The American Dream” which aired on Bloomberg Television Saturday, January 15, 2022.
ERC first opened its doors in 1999. ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, has seen significant growth in 22 years. “The American Dream” highlighted the hard work of Moquin, along with Co-Founder Mark Thompson when they embarked on the unknown journey of founding the small company that has amassed to more than 7,000 employees worldwide.
“Sometimes I would come in and sit next to this hallway and I would just listen. You would just hear a buzz and see people working hard. You knew then what we had was lightning in a bottle,” said Kirk Moquin, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of ERC recalling some of the early years of ERC during the episode.
“The American Dream” highlighted Moquin’s struggles early on in his career, as well the success and growth of ERC the last two decades. Since 1999 ERC has expanded its global footprint to locations not only in the United States, but Africa, India, the Dominican Republic and its newest site in the Philippines.
Hosted by Oscar-nominated Eric Roberts and featured on Bloomberg Television, “The American Dream” is produced by L7 Pictures. The show inspires the audience by telling the story of humble beginnings and delving into the entrepreneurial journey. The show has featured nationally known brands like KFC, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Vistaprint.
“Recalling ERC as a young, start-up company, the dynamic was obviously very different than it is today. We all did what we had to do to get anything done,” said Kelly Paul, ERC’s SVP of Sales while featured during the episode. Paul is a dynamic leader and has been with ERC for nearly 20 years. “Being open to evolution and being able to pivot has really allowed us to become the company we are today.”
