APPOINTS ANDREW SMITH TO LEAD TEAM.
ERC continues its growth in 2021 announcing its newest location in the Philippines. ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, has chosen Clark, Philippines for the company’s newest site.
ERC continues its path forward to steady growth with expansion into the Philippines. With the additional location in Clark, ERC now has ten different geographical offerings, including a global work at home initiative that was in place before COVID-19.
ERC’s newest site will be centered in Philexcel business park, which is known as the #1 Business Park in Clark, and a short drive from Clark International Airport. Established in 1993, Philexcel is the first and largest business park in Clark.
“We strategically chose Clark as it gives us the most flexibility to scale quickly for the markets we serve,” said Marty Sarim, President and CEO of ERC. “The Philippines culture and people align perfectly with ERC’s core company values, and we look forward to continuing our growth throughout this region.”
ERC expanded to the Dominican Republic in 2015, then to Africa in 2017. The Philippines builds upon ERC’s already established global footprint.
Andrew Smith, SVP of Operations, Outsourcing will lead ERC’s team in Clark. Smith brings more than two decades of experience to his role, including nearly ten years overseeing outsourcing in the Philippines. Smith is very familiar with the people, the culture, and what it takes to be successful in this region.

ERC plans to launch its first class of employees in the fall of 2021. Smith will oversee business operations as well as employee recruitment in the area.
