ERC has been selected as one of the Top 80 Places to Work in the Dominican Republic for the fourth year in a row.
This year, Revista Mercado ranked ERC 25th on the list of 80 companies, six spots higher than last year’s ranking. The company ranked 31st in 2019.
In developing the ranking, Revista Mercado, in association with specialists in Human Resources Management and Business Management look at a wide number of criteria, including recruitment and evaluation policies, advocacy, information on training policies and procedures, organizational culture, and working climate.
Since opening its offices in the Dominican Republic, ERC has placed a tremendous emphasis on making sure that its employees have the best that the country has to offer, while also working hard to ensure the culture within its offices is second-to-none.
