Project Manager III

This role will drive onboarding and implementation of new clients within our BPO / Outsourcing space and new technologies within ERC on time and within scope and budget.

Order Management Specialist

Responsible for order entry/order processing and tasks in Oracle system, data entry into
Excel Google docs, as well as basic Oracle and Excel reporting.

Reporting Analyst

The ED Report Analyst is Responsible for implementing new ideas to create efficiency and greater effectiveness of process, while consistently protecting the best interest of ERC, its clients, and employees.

Workforce RTM Analyst

The individual in this role will be responsible for monitoring the real time work environment, communication with operations and the client, identify trends and issues and takes step to remedy and/or report.

Customer Service Agent

100% inbound, responsible for answering questions to employees/employers related to Time and Attendance, the configuration of their elements such as time calculation, pay codes, schedules, timecards, using the pay policy information from the client’s database.

Trainer

The Trainer maximizes call center agent’s effectiveness by ensuring agents have thorough knowledge of the processes and laws associated with the division they are instructing; products, services, program specific skills and more providing positive customer experience to ERC’s client and customer base.

Quality Analyst I

The Quality Analyst I is responsible for assisting ERC in ensuring quality and compliance with all internal policies and procedures as well as all client specific policies, procedures, statements of work, and contracts; by conducting call monitoring, account reviews, system reviews, and other miscellaneous audits.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant oversees general accounting operations by controlling and verifying the company’s financial transactions. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks, supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The duties within this position will include data management of the Management Information Systems platform, risk management details regarding site audits, employee labor relations, and work cohesively with others within the Human Resources to assist with additional employee relations concerns.

HR Administration Assistant

The HR and Administration Assistant provides support in various departmental tasks and duties under Human Resources and Administration department. The role performs administrative and clerical tasks, assists in clients/vendors coordination, ensures compliance to audit/legal/government standards, and assists in various HR and administrative functions and projects. While in this role, the individual exercises a high level of confidentiality and acts is in a legal, moral, and ethical fashion.
