EXCITING DAY FOR ERC’S NEWEST TEAM MEMBERS IN CLARK, PAMPANGA, PHILIPPINES
Clark, Pampanga, Philippines, June 6, 2022 – Another new wave of employees is underway at ERC’s newest location. ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, opened the Clark, Philippines site last year.
ERC’s President and CEO, Sam Rehm, welcomed the enthusiastic class. Rehm recently took over the ranks as President and CEO. Sam has been an invaluable member of the ERC leadership team for over four years; he is a passionate and dedicated leader who exemplifies ERC’s FIERCE Values.
“I, like many of you, started out as an agent,” said Rob Butler, SVP of Operations, Outsourcing, when he addressed the crowd. Butler, a military veteran, started out as an agent with ERC 11 years ago and now climbed his way to an executive leader. Syvel Gabuan, VP of Operations, Outsourcing, continues to lead the site in Clark.
This latest class will work at Philexcel business park, which is known as the #1 Business Park in Clark, and is a short drive from Clark International Airport. Established in 1993, Philexcel is the first and largest business park in Clark.
ERC’s Philippines site opened in 2021. ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, has seen significant growth in 22 years; the company’s growth at its newest site represents the progress the brand continually makes year after year.
