GLOBALLY ERC CONTINUES TO INCREASE CAPACITY
ERC continues to thrive during what has been a challenging year on so many levels for businesses across the country and globe. ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, prepares to increase capacity at sites globally.
ERC has always been a big proponent of the work from home model, even before the COVID-19 pandemic. However, due to the pandemic in 2020, ERC shifted 3,800 employees to work from home globally.
“This has been a unique and challenging time; however, we continued to push forward and excel,” said President and CEO Marty Sarim. “Employee support has been critical to the success we have experienced. Although the COVID pandemic is winding down, we are confident that it will continue to ebb and flow and we will need to remain flexible and open in all lines of communication.”
ERC has operating sites in nine locations globally. Throughout this public health crisis at each site, ERC has utilized guidance and recommendations of federal, state, and local public health agencies.
“Deploying work at home equipment efficiently and securely is something ERC took a great deal of pride in during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Chief Strategy Officer Stephanie Todd. “We are very proud of the way our business was able to adapt.”
While the location and where people conducted their day-to-day jobs may have changed, the consistency and commitment to ERC’s clients did not. During this time ERC continued its path toward growth creating 2,500 jobs globally. ERC continues its commitment to the health and safety of its employees and to the fight against COVID-19.
