ERC CELEBRATES CONTINUED GROWTH INTO 2021
Perseverance, determination, and the willingness to do what is best for its clients landed ERC on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies List amid a global pandemic. For the first time in company history, ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, finds itself on this prestigious list.
“We are really proud of what we accomplished this past year,” said Stephanie Todd, ERC’s Chief Strategy Officer. “Being named to the Inc. 5000 list for the first time validates our employees’ hard work and dedication during a very difficult year, especially with COVID-19 playing such a large factor in our business operations.”
This award was initially introduced back in 1982, but then the list only included 500 privately held companies, which has since changed. According to Inc.’s website, in 2007, the Inc. 500 list was expanded to the Inc. 5000 list.
“This list is the ‘Who’s Who’ of growing American companies,” said Mike Duplessis, ERC’s Chief Talent Officer. “We have seen tremendous growth during a challenging year. This honor is greatly representative of what our frontline workforce was able to achieve, despite facing many adversities throughout the year.”
Companies that find themselves on this list play a unique role in America’s economy. A vast array of well-known businesses have found themselves on this list and have seen tremendous growth in the years following.
ERC has already won several global, domestic, and Dominican Republic-based awards in 2021. For the fifth year in a row, ERC was named to the Best Companies to Work for in the Dominican Republic list. For the second year running, ERC won the coveted First Coast Worksite Wellness Council’s Healthiest Companies Gold Award. For the third year in a row, ERC received certification by the Dominican Republic government for health and safety in the workplace called the DR Ministry of Labor’s Certification for compliance with Regulation 522-06 on Health, Hygiene, and Safety at Work.
