Las Vegas, NEVADA, June 24, 2022 – The flashing lights were a breathtaking backdrop for this year’s Customer Contact Week, celebrated earlier this month at the Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. This year’s celebrity headliner was Supermodel and Entrepreneur Tyra Banks. In addition, the unbelievable line-up of expert speakers included some of the most renowned names in the CX industry. The inaugural CCWomen Summit and the intensive educational experience titled the Customer Contact Leadership Institute were just a few of these events. The CCW Excellence Awards recognize the most innovative companies and top-performing executives for their extraordinary contributions to the customer contact profession.

They met with top industry solution providers and influential CX professionals, got a sneak peek at the most cutting-edge technology, and attended interactive workshops that address the most critical issues faced by the CX industry today.

The event kicked off with the fabled Technology and Innovation Focus Day, where participants could dive into the most exciting technology opportunities available to customer contact and CX leaders. Participants in this pre-event summit discussed emerging customer contact technology trends, like digital customer self-service, next-gen digital experience technology, and automation bots. From solutions in recruitment, remote workforce management, and omni-channels, these workshops provided insight into the most critical operational concerns CX executives face.
