CLARK, PAMPANGA, Philippines, March 10, 2022 – ERC Philippines ended February by hosting its first-ever leadership workshop at its newest site in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines. The Philippines site opened in 2021. ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, has seen significant growth in 22 years, the company’s newest site represents that very feat. 

The event, titled FIERCE Workshop, aimed to bring together the ERC Philippines leaders as they continue to grow throughout 2022. The two-day event was spearheaded by the VP of Operations, Outsourcing, Syvel Gabuan and was co-facilitated by ERC’s Trainer, Raphael Toralballa. In addition, the event was attended by ERC’s Andrew Smith, SVP of Talent Development, and Chief Human Resource Officer, Kim Howell.

This two-day workshop focused on the team’s strategic goals for 2022. The leadership team also has put an emphasis on training and making sure ERC’s core values are implemented across the global brand.

“We are really excited to get this team up and running in the Philippines,” said Howell. “A lot of hard work and preparation has gone into this moment, and we couldn’t be happier with the team we have in place leading on the ground.”

The workshop focused on training centered around ERC’s core values and four pillars of success.

“Talent Development is something we take very seriously, especially when we are launching a new geographical offering,” said Andrew Smith, SVP of Talent Development. “It is a big part of who we are as a company, and this sets up our path for success as we launch new business and clients in the region.”

“I am really excited about the team of leaders who attended this workshop,” said VP of Operations, Outsourcing, Syvel Gabuan. Gabuan brings two decades of experience to the leadership team in the Philippines. “We have worked hard to attract the right people and leaders as we grow.”
