ERC RECEIVES AWARD FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW
JACKSONVILLE, Florida, December 14th, 2021 – For the second year in a row, ERC, one of the top international BPO providers of customer experience solutions, has attained a spot in the prestigious Best & Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation for 2021.
This latest domestic- based award for ERC identifies companies and honors organizations that
display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.
