ERC is excited to welcome Michael Duplessis as the SVP of Talent Management. Michael will be responsible for leading recruitment, training, and onboarding departments. His focus on incorporating disruptive technology to drive stronger talent across the employee lifecycle ties perfectly into the ERC vision. Michael’s appointment to the ERC senior leadership team will have a tremendous impact for our employees, our clients and their customers.
Michael was the former VP of Talent Acquisition at TTEC with a storied history across the BPO industry in various roles. His background has been driving change, incorporating innovative ideas, and building strong performing teams.
